3-Day Checking Warranty

  • Customers are provided with a 3-day checking warranty from the date of delivery.
  • Any issue must be reported within this period to be considered.

Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds or returns will only be processed if there is a valid reason.
  • Refunds will NOT be processed based on appearance, as:
    • The entire shoe is clearly visible in our Instagram reels.
    • High-quality, detailed product images are available on our website.
  • Minor signs of wear consistent with thrifted or pre-loved items are not considered defects.

Size Issues

  • Exchange or refund is offered only in case of size issues.
  • Customers must notify us within the 3-day checking period.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping and return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Condition for Return

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Any used, damaged, or altered items will not be eligible for return or refund.
