3-Day Checking Warranty
- Customers are provided with a 3-day checking warranty from the date of delivery.
- Any issue must be reported within this period to be considered.
Refunds & Returns
- Refunds or returns will only be processed if there is a valid reason.
- Refunds will NOT be processed based on appearance, as:
- The entire shoe is clearly visible in our Instagram reels.
- High-quality, detailed product images are available on our website.
- Minor signs of wear consistent with thrifted or pre-loved items are not considered defects.
Size Issues
- Exchange or refund is offered only in case of size issues.
- Customers must notify us within the 3-day checking period.
Shipping Charges
- Original shipping and return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Condition for Return
- The product must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Any used, damaged, or altered items will not be eligible for return or refund.
